30-Day Return And Refund Policy

You may initiate a return within 30 days of the date you received your order.

To qualify for a return, the apron must fulfill these criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original labels intact.
  • It must be enclosed in the original packaging.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Upon approval, we will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address. Do not return the item before you receive this authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns—such as a change of mind or a sizing error—you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.

When the return is due to our error—such as when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—return shipping is on us. We will either send you a prepaid shipping label or refund the shipping fee directly.

Damaged Items and Problems

Please check your order as soon as you open the package. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away at support@apronvogue.com. We’ll assess the situation and arrange to send you a replacement or process a refund.

Exchanges

To get a different item quickly, return the one you have. After we accept the return, you can place a new order for the replacement product.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any point until it ships. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. An order that has already shipped will need to be returned in accordance with our return and refund policy.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and examine the item, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
