Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

There are certain items that cannot be returned, including:

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, for any reason, and without justification. The returned item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • The item is unused and unworn, with tags still attached.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
